Super-Speed update...

For those who like gull-wing doors...

This is the typewriter on top of the box it was shipped in... the amount of packing peanuts in the box could have filled a kiddy pool!

The case it's in above as actually a West German made Olympia case that I got another machine in, but I decided that the Voss deserved the case more (having been made in West Germany, whereas the typewriter I got in the case was made in the UK)

The handwritten note I found packed in with the typewriter... Needless to say, I was very pleased with the packing job and the level of customer service...

I was scared to have a typewriter shipped since it was the first time, but have had a few others shipped since then... No particularly awful experiences to date, unlike others I know (knock on wood!)

I apologize in advance for any and all typos, I know there will be a lot more than usual because I typed this in a hurry and on a time crunch...

The following are of the inside of the cover, as best as I could photograph it! I apologize for not being able to take better pictures, everything is covered in clear tape, and some of the stuff is separated due to the case being cracked.
